METTA World Peace will serve as one the speakers in the Go for Gold-NBTC Coaches Convention at Mall of Asia Arena next week.
NBTC program director Eric Altamirano bared that the former NBA player will also coach in the All-Star Game on Saturday, teaming up with coaches Charles Tiu and Chris Gavina.
The Coaches Convention will have Ateneo Blue Eagles coach Tab Baldwin and Australian bench tactician Rob Beveridge as main speakers.
World Peace is no stranger to the Philippines being a frequent visitor, his most recent visit in 2017.
Also, the mother of his son Jeron Artest is a Filipina.
