The boys from Rizal upended a very game Filam Sports of USA, 80-76, before overwhelming Australia’s Auspinoy, 68-44, to put up a perfect record at the end of the elimination round in the 2017 National Basketball Training Center League National Finals.
Filipino-American Kamaka Hepa put on a show for Team USA and totaled 27 points, 13 rebounds, seven blocks, and five assists, but was overcome by San Beda’s tried and tested balance.
